FAQ

Curious about how we run our operations? Below you will find an impressive list of common questions and answers that customers tend to ask again and again. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.

Why Giant Chincilla Rabbits?

We got this breed handed to us, but after lots of research, we found out that they are rare. We want to be able to share our experience and help protect the breed.

Why do you say it is the best fertilizer?

Not only is Rabbit manure the easiest fertlizer (literally just grab it and put it in the soil) it is the least smelly! Rabbit droppings are known to be more nutritionaly packed than any other manure! This helps your soil to transfer those amazing nutrients to the plants you grow.

Are the rabbits pedigreed?

Although we do not have a full pedigree on the rabbits at this time, we are working diligently to get our pedigree papers and we are very close and should have full pedigree by the end of the 2021.

What reasons do you breed?

We breed for all types of reasons. Our first and foremost reason is for education. We are teaching not only our children about this life, but also any person we encounter. We also breed for show rabbits, meaning 4H fairs etc. Breeding for pets is also a huge deal for us. We make sure each rabbit is used to not only people of all ages and sexes, but also to dogs and cats. By doing this, we are assuring that the animal can be not skiddish around people or animals at their new home. The last reason we breed is for meat. Rabbits are known to be even healthier than chicken!

Don't you have your hands full?

This is Paige's favorite question! Yes, we have our hands overfull with 5 kids, 3 businesses, homeschooling, house renovations and an ever changing number of rabbits. But we honestly would not have it any other way. We like to keep our hands busy to be able to live a honest lifestyle.
